From strategy to execution and from in-stadium to outer stadium. Lead the design of annual marketing and creative strategic campaigns since 2012, working closely with marketing leadership to build and understand how the campaign vision ties to the overall business goals of the company. Using strategic design to extend a communicated message for every business unit within the company - extending the creative campaign message internally first, then into the clubhouse with the players and coaches, then with the press media and then onto the fans in mass external media marketing - this way we were able to implode our campaign message from with and influence our circles of influence rather than exploding externally straight to the masses, risking a lengthy crusdade to get the same or lesser results.
